 3rd Annual Community Expo - CANCELLED

In regards to the corona virus this year's Community Expo has been cancelled.  We thank everyone for their understanding and support based on the current circumstances we are all facing.   We are determining if a new date will work.   


​The Eastern Passage & Area Business Association is hosting it's 3rd Annual Community Expo April 30, 2020 in partnership with MLA Barbara Adams and Island View High School. Registration form is below.

The expo runs from 6:00pm until 8:30pm and will be located at the Island View High School at 1853 Caldwell Road in Eastern Passage, Eastern Passage. Like previous years, there will be government information sessions at 6:00pm to 7:00pm and the Community Expo from 7:00pm until 8:30pm. This will allow our Community to meet the many various local Businesses serving the Community ! Setup time will be at 5pm and more information will follow closer to the event time.

Registered Participates as of March 12, 2020.


REGISTRATION
  • Required for ALL participants: Members, Government Information Session Participants; Non-Members, Not for Profit
  • Not a Member ? Join the EPABA and your Table will be FREE. Visit here for more information.
  • Preference for tables/assignments will be given to EPABA Members while still taking all registrations for Non-Members, Not for Profits
  • Registration Deadline for EPABA Members is April 1, 2020 then all other registrations will be added in. After April 1, 2020 any member registration will be on a first come and availability basis.
  • Registration deadline for ALL is April 15, 2020 unless we sell out sooner. This is to allow time to assign tables and confirm layout.
  • Note that there will be a very limited amount of Power and Wall space available and I will do my best to accommodate where able. EPABA Members will have first option.

PRICING for 6’ Tables
  • EPABA Members – FREE
  • Non-Members – Shared ½ Table $25 --- or --- Full Table $40
  • Not for Profit – Shared ½ Table Free --- or -- Full Table $15
  • Government Agencies Information Session Area - FREE

PAYMENT
  • e-Transfer: (preferred) to epaba.events@gmail.com and please make a note in the message that payment is for the EPABA Expo
    • Use password: expo2020
  • Cheque payable to: Eastern Passage and Area Business Association
    • Mail Cheques to: P.O. 194, Station Main, Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia B3G 1M5 Att. 2020 Expo
  • Credit Card: By selecting this option an invoice will be created and emailed to you via Square for Online payment.

Registration deadline with payment MUST be received by April 15, 2020 - NO EXCEPTIONS

NOTE: Payment will not be accepted after April 15, 2020 or at the Door. Non payment means there will not be a table available for you. Thank you for your understanding.
